I hate when people cant see the trees for the foreast and think they have the greatest creation since fur biscuts:cheers. Sorry Guys, had to get this off my chest. Why should I have to pay 250.00 for plastic cover to go over galvanized plated bolts so no one can see them rust.Ok I said enough. Now dont take all this the wrong way as going off the deep end.I just get so tired of people that have these big heads and think Hardlies are great.I am not a hater of them, I just think that they should build a bike that is worth the money they ask for them and the quality on top of that. they are running them so lean now just to meet the regulations that they have to modify the snot out of them to get them running good and stay cool. had no chioice or I would still have it.īeen on bikes since I was 13 and now 49.So have been around the Hardly deal for years. Its NOTHING MORE THAN A NAME NOW!!!! The V-Twin is going the way of the dinasoars soon enough.forgot they already ant the air cooled motors will not be made street leagal much longer due to EPA. it had 107 CI.and would flat eat a hardlies azzz day after day after day even against the german made V-rod motor. From our yamy dealer.and everything was made in America (go figure). The funny part is.had a Yamaha Road Star Warrior also at the same time as the wideglide.went to get a few goodies for it. So dont say its because someone has never owned one.Had some and would never own another "investment" as they call it.i figure it was more of a "LOSS" than anything. Paid right at 21,000 for it put 6to8 in china made chrome ping pangs on it and sold it for 14,000 after advertising for 9 months and lowering the price.over and over again. You want pictures.i got them too.

No power.so had the big bore kit put in to get a litttle more.dyno tested and tuned.Mind you all at the Hardly dealer.never ran right again.had 7000 miles when sold. They finally gave me another one and guess what.SOLD IT. 07 dyna low rider.power comander added to keep the rear cylinder from running hot (known problem by Harley).also leaks repaired so many times cant count.O yea.blew the rear cylinder 2 times.all with in 8 months.put together taken apart, put together, taken apart. I pulled a few of my posts on this thread because of flamming that may happen.BUT now that you bring never having see.02 dyna wideglide.with yost tube and all the goodies.spent more time in the shop for sneezing at red lights and shutting off and left me on the side of the road more than a dozen times for other related problem.SOLD IT. Hope I dont get booted for this and dont mean to jack this thread, Dont mean to offend you or flame you but DAMNNNNNN.And how much money and machining did it take to get 105hp out of it? Been there done that.wanna have power, buy a jap bike.wanna be loud.get a hardly. People that think HD engines aren't reliable, have obviously never owned one.

My HD 95" engine makes over 105 HP and would circle the globe over and over. Lets see what kind of torque that V Max motor makes at 1800. So you are gonna run a liquid cooled V Max engine on a mud motor? Be realistic.
